MTNL is launching SMS Alert & services of "Orkut" on Dolphin & Trump Mobile Service.
As we all know,Orkut is a social networking site mainly used by youth.
So now MTNL Dolphin/Trump Mobile users can get SMS alert when any New Scrap comes on orkut account from friends or from any other(set by user) and many other orkut service via SMS to stay connected with orkut without Internet or GPRS.
The service is designed to help users meet new friends and maintain existing relationships.
The text SMS service for "ORKUT" shall be provided over short code 56555.

How to use:
User has to log in with his/her username password in orkut acount. After that he has to register his mobile through
settings->mobile.
Subsequently he has to confirm to receive notifications on handset by going to “Notification” options in “Settings”.
He can then add friends in his friend list and send scraps etc.

Sample keywords:
To send scrap: Scrap < friend name> <message>
To set status: On(send to 56555), Off(send to 56555)
To Get Scrap Alert: Go to the setting on orkut profile and set it.
For Help/menu: Help (send to 56555 )

No charges for Incoming Alert,
Incoming SMS are FREE from Orkut to Dolphin/Trump Mobile
