3.STD Call-
-80 paisa per min for MTNL DELHI Network.
-Rs.1.30 per min for All Other states.

4.SMS Charges-
-Local SMS to MTNL N/W 25paisa and on Other N/W 50 paisa.
-National SMS Rs.1-
-International SMS Rs.2.50

Note-:
The migration from other Dolphin plans(for existing Postpaid Customer) to
"Dolphin Jeevan Sathi plan"(Life Time Rent Free) is permitted on ONE TIME Payment of Rs.149/-(Visit Any MTNL CSC for this)
and security deposit for Local (Rs.250) & for STD & Roaming (Rs.1000) is applicable.
