• Fixed charges-Rs.599/- per month
• Voice call to own network-Rs.0.60 per minute
• Calls to other network-Rs. 1.00 per minute
• Video call own network-Rs.1.80 per minute
• Video call other network-Rs. 3.00 per minute
• STD/ISD-As per Dolphin Budget plan
• STD video call-Rs.3.75 per minute
• ISD video call-Rs. 30/- per minute
• Local/STD/ISD SMS-As per Dolphin Budget plan
• Data @ GPRS/3G/UMTS/HSDPA usage rate-Rs.5/- per MB
• Data @ HSDPA monthly service charges.-Rs.149/-
• MMS-Rs.3/-
• HSDPA card (Optional)*-Rs.5000/-

activation charge itself is Rs.500 and no unlimited plan.Guess it would be reduced when private operators come in.Which will not happen any time soon

Yes after the Pvt operators 3G plan,the 3G service charges will be reduced and i think currently it has higher entry charges just because of still its limited network service so the operator also dont want more customer in that so they charge as "high end"

MTNL will bring the unlimited plan shortly as per some mtnl sources.

If MTNL is likely to offer Unlimited plan then the private operators too will offer Unlimited plans !!!

this is not affordable at all. 599rs rental is for what?
and then there is 149 data rental also. I don't mind paying act charges.
