1st check
Start > All Programs> Accessories > Entertainment
Start > All Programs> Accessories > System Tools
the applications r wrkin or not !

whether these shortcuts wrk or not . follw the steps
Start > set program access & defaults > add/remove windws component > now select only 'Accessories & utilities' , 'networking service' , 'internet explorer' , 'windows media player' and dis select all other check box, now b4 clickin NEXT , insert XP installation cd in ur optical drive. now click next, rest is done automatically. .. u ll get back all these !

Trick to view files with extension.
.
just go to tools
=> folder option
=> select view
=> and uncheck hide extension of file name option.

heres one more....
CREATE A FOLDER WITH NO NAME (It is not possible otherwise, try it !! )

Create a new folder
Select the folder and right click and select Rename
give ALT+0160 ( type 0160 with ALT tab pressed)

any software.
Try out this trick.
When u want capture ur
runing window press printscreen button.
=> go to paint
=> select edit & paste
save this in jpeg image.
Now you have image of ur
runing window.

Do you have any problems in Network Connections?
Go to Run
Type ncpa.cpl
A window will open with full details of your Network Connections.

just capture any screen using print screen key. Now Open Ms-paint and press control + V.
