Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (Bsnl) has come up with a scheme that will enable their landline and mobile subscribers to check Incoming and outgoing call details on the Internet.
One just needs to log on to the new website to be launched by the state-owned telecommunication company soon.
At present, the facility is limited to mobile phone and landline phone users of the Kolkata circle of the BSNL. But, the scheme named Call Detail Record (CDR) system will enable both landline and WLL subscribers of other circles of BSNL to avail the services.

All subscribers will be provided with a customer identification number (customer Id), which they will have to key in at the appropriate place on the web page. Within a few minutes details of every call ~ including call duration, numbers dialled, rate of each call and total charge of the calls ~ will be displayed.
Call charges would also get adjusted automatically with a change in tariff or any other schemes. Four different cities including Kolkata (at Salt Lake Telephone Exchange), Pune, Chandigarh and Hyderabad have been chosen to start the CDR system
