Default Speed test for GPRS & EDGE enabled phones!

Guys check out the speed u get in ur GPRS & EDGE enabled phone by entering the link http://text.dslreports.com/mspeed in your phone's browser or opera mini and post the results here in the following order.
Operator-
Circle-
GPRS or EDGE-
Speed-

Check the speed 3 to 5 times and post the maximum speed u get!

I checked it in Opera mini & ucweb . Even if i select 1 mbps it says UNSTABLE OR TOO FAST.
In default web browser avg is only 3-4 kbps .
Since ther is some tower prob in my area & Edge has been disabled some how .
I was getting damn low but now its little better

I am using airtel chennai. Got 80-90 kbps in edge network. Not bad I think.

And whats ur avg download speed ? (when download file of more than 3 mb)

Am using nokia 6085. I havent noticed the avg download speed yet. Wil chek it nxt time nd wil post it.

That's not possible man! Theoratically the maximum speed u can acheive through EDGE is 236 kbps. U cant get that practically due to various factors like distance frm tower, obstructions in middle & netwrk load factor etc..chek it properly & post it.
