MTS INDIA today unveiled a new Azadi offer exclusively for its subscribers in Rajasthan enabling subscribers to make local MTS-to-MTS calls absolutely free for 999 days.
The new scheme available to both existing as well as new subscribers can be availed on purchase of a First Recharge Card (FRC) or Special Tariff Voucher (STV) of Rs 999. The talk time offered will be Rs 500 and the scheme falls under lifetime validity.
Local calls to other networks will be charged at 50 paise per minute while STD calls will be charged Re.1 per minute. SMS within India will be charged 50 paise while international SMS will be charged Rs.5.

Subscribers can choose from top-ups available on e-charge as well as in paper format in denominations of Rs.10, 30, 50, 99 and 200/-. 100 % talk time will be offered on top-ups of Rs.301, 401 & 501/-.

For those subscribers with heavy STD usage, STVs of Rs.36, Rs. 89 and Rs. 750/- with validity of 30 days, 90 days and life time and charges at 70 paise per minute is available.

The new Azadi offer is available till August 31, 2009 for all MTS users in Rajasthan.

exceptional offer. recharging with 999 & getting 999 days free calls means @ 1 day is fine. i.e. 30/mon as against 195 & above charged by other operators. moreover 500 talktime makes it 15/mon. It is baap of all friends & family plan it seems.
