Yes, on our API server we do ensure that NDNC list should be filtered.
& Yes we do have delivery report Available in the software .also we if case messages got failed then we provide exact reason for the failure that whether cell is switched off or out of coverage area or message inbox is full or Barring ,NDNC Failure,Delivered,Absent Subscriber,Mobile Equipment Error,Network Error,Memory Capacity Exceeded
