Karnatak BSNL is the worst among all circles. They have very poor migration policy. when a customer from SUMO_POWER_PACK and other packs want to migrate to general plan(for subsequent migration to per sec plan), its not allowed. It is totaly unexpected to deny migration. They have right to charge for migration, but total denial is something like cutting fundamental freedom.
