Mobile Phone subscribers now in Karanataka and Bangalore will be able to phone across karnataka at just half a paisa per second with Mts Mobile Services.

Also is from Nov2009 mts mblaze will be available in market with high speed 3.1 mbps speed.

yesterday itself i saw a poster of half paisa per second of mts.
And pulse for local calls is 1 or 2 sec ?
