I need oly video calling(as it is going2b introduced in the future) and wifi...but dis phone lacks wifi and not sure if video calling can b done as gabu said

I am sure video calling is there.
It lacks wifi only. Buy 5800 if you need wifi also.

But nfornit says through the other camera in 5230 video calling cannot b done. If that becomes true after buying the handset I cannot do anything. That's why am worried now

according to me video calling shud be ther irrespective if ther is a front camera or not .

bcause 3g network supports vodeo calling and if the handset is 3g enable then u will b able to make video calls even if u cant use the back camera to send video to the other person [which shud also possible if option available]

and this handset is 3g enable !
check it if any of ur friend has it

None of my friends hav it. That's the prob now. Will they check out for it in the showroom when we buy it?

the mobile was awesome.... But the battery becomes low with in 1 day for me

video streaming is for playing online videos , right???????

Yes. But I read in some orkut forum like it can b used for video calls also. not sure though. goldy shud try and give a reply

when you type a number on screen and press options instead of call button ... there it shows video call option. Please cross check and reply.

also try selecting 3g / umts / dual mode FROM SETTINGS

and go to stanby mode type some numbers and in right navigation key option VIDEO CALLING shud appear or select options instead of call as gabu said
